Her work spans Africa, the UK, USA, and Asia, supporting global initiatives in impact sourcing, gender-responsive trade, and institutional learning. She is the founder of PassionProfit Ltd, a leadership and enterprise development institution, and the SME Founders Association, an ecosystem that connects founders to money, markets, and mentors.
Frida’s programs directly contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals—particularly SDGs 5, 8, 9, 10, and 17—by turning inclusion into measurable impact.
